Lindsey Booth

Lindsey Booth joined ARC Building Solutions in 2020 and has since played a key role in transforming the systems and processes that underpin the finance function. As Director of Finance & Systems, she is focused on creating greater visibility across the business, strengthening reporting capabilities and ensuring colleagues have access to the insights needed to make informed decisions.

Her route into finance was not a traditional one. Originally working as a dental nurse, Lindsey later retrained and built her expertise through hands-on experience, going on to achieve professional qualifications through AAT and CIMA. That experience has helped shape a practical, solutions-focused approach built around continuous improvement and finding better ways of working.

As ARC has expanded, so too has the role of finance. Lindsey is passionate about ensuring financial information delivers more than compliance and reporting, instead helping to support decision-making throughout the organisation. She has helped strengthen ARC’s finance systems and reporting capabilities, giving colleagues greater access to the information they need to support the continued growth of the business.

For Lindsey, those improvements are rooted in a principle that runs throughout ARC. “Doing the right thing should be at the heart of every business, but at ARC it drives every decision we make,” she says. “From a finance perspective we not only have a regulatory responsibility to our stakeholders and investors to report accurate information, I’m also driven by a strong desire to ensure that the information we share internally brings value to our decision-making.”
