³ The £1,500 remediation figure referenced is an indicative estimate based on typical costs associated with retrospective installation and remediation of eaves insulation in new build properties. Actual remediation costs will vary depending on the scope of works required, the number of plots affected and the contractor engaged to carry out the works.
