Andy Yates joins the team with nearly two decades of experience in leading operations, with a strong background in manufacturing environments.
George Danzey-Smith
Joining ARC the year the business was set up in 2008, Chief Product Officer, George has been instrumental in shaping ARC to the business that it is today.
Clair Richardson
Having worked for ARC for over 15 years, Clair has seen the business develop from a small, family run entity into the thriving organisation it is today.
Lindsey Booth
Lindsey has transformed the financial systems that underpin the success of ARC and is steering the business towards much greater financial automation.
Tanya Traill
Tanya started her HR career in 2002. Tanya is switched on to the vast opportunity of strategic HR, delivering real business value to ARC.

With over 20 years of experience across construction, building materials, and insulation sectors, Steve brings proven expertise in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. His collaborative and strategic approach combined with a deep industry knowledge positions him well to deliver strong client relationships and market insight.
Ryan Van Niekerk
Ryan brings experience from both construction materials and tech. He’s focused on helping our customers get more from their projects, whether that’s on-site training, quality audits, or continued support throughout.
Laurence Bailey
Laurence brings over 10 years of experience in rainscreen façade systems, having worked across Technical Sales, Specification, and Project Management roles.
Natalie Green
Natalie joined our team in 2023 as Customer Support Manager. She has 20 years’ experience in customer support roles in the construction manufacturing sector, and ensures our customer support team offers the best support to our customers.
Sarah McGenn
With over 20 years’ experience in Customer Service & Support roles, Sarah joined the ARC team as Customer Support Specialist in 2023.
Bradley Dunlop
Brad has been working within customer service roles for the last 8 years, so knows plenty about excellent customer service.
Maia Johnson
After working in Customer Support roles for the last 5 years, Maia joined the ARC team in 2023 as Customer Support Specialist.
India Coley
The newest member of the team, India has a passion for helping people having served in the ambulance service. She particularly enjoys relationship building with our customers and helping out with their challenges.
