Andy Yates

Andy Yates joins the team with nearly two decades of experience in leading operations, with a strong background in manufacturing environments. In his new role, he will focus on developing operational strategies aligned with ARC’s objectives and optimising processes to support sustained growth.

Starting out his career as a graduate trainee with Cadbury, Andy progressed through a series of shift management and capital project delivery roles before moving into Operations leadership following the company’s acquisition by Mondelēz, running the dairy operation that processed the milk for Dairy Milk. More recently, Andy has spent five years leading Klöckner Pentaplast’s food tray manufacturing sites across the UK and Australia where he has led teams through technological innovation, significant transitions in product development, and shaping and implementing major strategic initiatives. His experience within large, complex organisations brings valuable insight as ARC navigates its next chapter.

A strong believer in the power of people and its teams, Andy is keen to harness these resources to enhance operational performance and further develop collaboration and culture across the wider business.
