Working closely with housebuilders across the UK, Aaron Sharp helps customers navigate the increasingly complex demands of modern construction. As Director of Sales & Specification at ARC Building Solutions, he works alongside developers, contractors and project teams to ensure they have access to the technical expertise, product knowledge and practical support needed to deliver safe, compliant and high-performing homes.

Since joining ARC in 2019, Aaron has played an important role in strengthening relationships across the residential construction sector. His collaborative approach helps customers respond to evolving regulations, performance requirements and project-specific challenges, ensuring they are supported from specification through to installation.

Passionate about raising standards across the built environment, Aaron believes manufacturers have an important role to play in supporting customers beyond simply supplying products. As he explains: “As fire protection specialists we have a real responsibility to ensure that not only do our products meet and exceed performance standards, but that our customers are aware of the requirements their projects need to stand up to.”

For Aaron, the strongest customer relationships are built on partnership and problem-solving. “Our business is here to help customers solve problems and find solutions that make homes and other buildings safe,” he says.
