With more than 20 years’ experience across finance and operational leadership, Annabel Mantel brings a broad commercial perspective to ARC Building Solutions. As Chief Finance Officer, she works closely with the leadership team to support the company’s financial strategy, ensuring the business has the foundations, governance and commercial insight needed to achieve its long-term ambitions.

Annabel has extensive experience supporting growing organisations through periods of investment, expansion and change. Her background spans both finance and operational leadership, giving her a strong understanding of the wider commercial considerations involved as ARC continues to invest in its people, systems and capabilities.

Working alongside colleagues across the business, Annabel is focused on ensuring financial information supports informed decision-making and helps create the conditions for sustainable growth.
