Annabel Mantel joins ARC as Chief Financial Officer

As we continue to grow ARC Building Solutions, we’ve appointed Annabel Mantel as Chief Financial Officer, strengthening our leadership team as the business continues to scale.

Annabel brings over twenty years of experience in senior financial roles in transaction led environments, taking several businesses to successful exits. She further enhances our senior management team after we recently expanded with the appointment of Andy Yates as Chief Operations Officer.

ARC recently secured significant investment from LDC, a leading private equity investor which is part of Lloyds Banking Group, to fund its next phase of growth. This includes expanding its production capacity, systems and commercial capability.

Annabel joins ARC from home security specialist Brisant-Secure, where she was Finance Director and then Managing Director. At Brisant-Secure, she oversaw a threefold increase in EBITDA before completing a successful exit for investors and founders to Allegion International in 2025.

“I’m looking forward to helping ARC scale through organic growth and targeted acquisitions – whilst retaining the great ethos and culture that underpins ARC’s success,” she added.

Annabel’s expertise will be a real asset to us. It is vital we have the strongest possible senior leadership team in what will be a pivotal phase for the business.
