After a period of growth and investment, ARC Building Solutions is expanding into an additional 20,000 sq ft premises in Leeds, as we respond to growing demand for our passive fire protection and insulation solutions.
Located opposite our existing site in Leeds, the new building will complement ARC’s current facility, creating additional space for production, offices and significantly increased storage for stock.
This will enable us to improve operational flow and organisation across the business, while providing greater flexibility to hold and fulfil customer orders.
The expansion will also create headroom for further investment in our operations over time, including opportunities to enhance efficiency and introduce greater levels of automation as the business continues to grow.
Andy Yates, our Chief Operations Officer, said:
“This additional space marks an important step in ARC’s growth journey. It allows us to build on the strong foundations we already have in place, improving how we operate day-to-day, while giving us greater flexibility to support our customers as demand continues to grow. It also puts us in a strong position to keep investing in our operations in the years ahead.”
The expansion follows ARC’s 2025 investment from LDC, part of Lloyds Banking Group, which is supporting the company’s long-term growth plans, including investment in its operational infrastructure, systems and commercial capability.
Andy added: “The market continues to demand high levels of responsiveness and flexibility from suppliers. This investment ensures we are well placed to meet those expectations, both now and as we continue to grow.”
ARC will begin moving into the new building in the coming months, operating alongside its existing facility, and expects the site to be fully operational in the coming months.
