As part of its ongoing growth plans, ARC Building Solutions has appointed Yann Bomken as Head of Strategy and Transformation. A brand-new role within the business, Yann will lead ARC’s strategic growth, identifying new business opportunities and aligning operations with its long-term objectives.
With over 40 years’ experience in manufacturing and offsite construction, Yann brings a wealth of industry and management experience, including with ARC, where he has spent the last year advising on a consultancy basis.
Commenting on his appointment, Yann said: “ARC is a business with huge potential. Its growth and development so far have been admirable, and I’m really excited to be involved in its next steps. Having worked closely with the team for the last year, I am confident we can deliver on our ambitions and everyone is on the same page regarding where ARC should be. It is an exciting time to join, and the support I have received from management has been very positive. I look forward to what the future holds.”
