ARC Building Solutions has recently been selected to support the building of a unique innovation centre at Vistry’s sector-leading MMC factory in Leicestershire.
The new Innovation Centre, the VIC, features a state-of-the-art showcase, designed to showcase cutting edge technologies as part of a drive to reduce heat waste and promote the construction of more sustainable new build homes.
Imperative to the delivery of the Future Homes Standard, coming into operation in 2025, and the journey towards net zero, the VIC welcomes industry stakeholders to learn about the wealth of progressive products being launched across the housebuilding sector. Included within the Build of the Innovation Centre were our ARC TCB Square, Eaves Insulator and U-Barrier.
With innovation at the heart of our commitment, we are proud to support initiatives to raise the profile of sustainable products in construction, supporting our own ESG targets as well as those set by governing bodies across the industry.
