Our ESG Co-Ordinator, Kate Ellerton, has clinched the employee of the month for August!
Kate has been instrumental in driving forward our ESG efforts in the last month. Alongside our SHEQ Co-Ordinator, Damon, Kate ran several health and safety workshops for the entirety of the business whilst also implementing ESG champions from various departments across ARC, ensuring everybody has representation. Kate is always looking into ways to improve the opportunities for the people by giving them a chance to volunteer. Kate has also been incredibly supportive, helping to monitor the environmental representative checks, she is a great asset to ARC.
