I want to start by thanking everyone associated with ARC for their efforts this year. In challenging conditions, you continue to demonstrate incredible resolve, returning remarkable results across the business and in growing the ARC brand.
2024 has seen ARC expand our offering, entering the retrofit market for the first time with our brand-new Retrofit Eaves Insulator. A game-changing solution designed to tackle damp and mould in homes, it is already having a sizeable impact, as we continue to work closely with some large players within the sector to improve the living standards of social homes across the country.
ARC celebrated more award success in 2024, where we picked up our fifth Housebuilder Product Award as the innovative TCB Square won ‘Best Site Product’. We were also highly commended for ‘Manufacturer of the Year’ at the prestigious Building Awards 2024 – a fantastic achievement and a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at ARC.
2025 has seen us step up our charitable efforts, and we are proud to partner with CRASH in uniting the construction industry to tackle homelessness. Through various fundraising and social events, we have raised more than £2,100 in 2024, owing to the dedication and generosity of our colleagues – thank you.
To continue to deliver market-leading innovation, we have also made significant and exciting improvements to our systems and processes, giving us a platform to achieve even more in 2025.
As we approach the festive period, I express again, my sincere thanks to everyone associated with ARC for your hard work this year. To our customers and suppliers, who have stood by us in difficult moments for the industry, and to our colleagues whose outstanding contributions continue to take ARC from strength to strength.
