Playing a pivotal role in delivering our expertise, first-rate customer service continues to drive our business forward. Responsible for handling new enquiries, organising carriers and processing orders, the customer support team are the first port of call for new and existing customers. Bolstered by two recent appointments, the team continues to go from strength to strength, reinforcing our broader growth strategy whilst maintaining the exceptional level of service and technical support our customers expect.
ARC Customer Support Manager Natalie Green expands:
“It’s a really exciting time for us in customer support. After a great year, we’ve welcomed two new members to the team, Bradley Dunlop and Maia Johnson. Brad and Maia have settled right in and bring over a decade of customer service experience to the team. Their expertise and commitment stand to further strengthen our excellent standard of service.
“Fire protection is a unique and complex sector, and helping customers navigate some of those challenges is incredibly rewarding. We must be dynamic and strive to constantly improve our capabilities to support our customers better. Particularly off the back of regulatory change. Our customers rely on us for project support and technical expertise and our deep understanding of the products and their applications ensure that is exactly what we deliver. We work closely with the whole ARC team to ensure our knowledge is up to date across new product development.ā€¯Boasting outstanding lead times, clear and decisive communication with our customers is essential to meeting our delivery targets. The experience and knowledge of our customer support team ensure this can be completed and delivered to the highest standard.
Natalie continues “When it comes to the service we provide, we truly are the first point of contact and as a result, need to work efficiently to get orders through. It can be pressured but we embrace it, and it’s incredibly rewarding when we hear from happy and satisfied customers.
“We’re fortunate to have an excellent, diverse team with a whole range of skills and experiences. We all work hard for each other and are responsible for collectively achieving results. It’s a fantastic workplace and we’re happy to welcome our two new recruits.”
