The customer support superstar took home the award for her unwavering positive attitude and contribution to a such a positive work environment.
Maia only joined the ARC team last year, and has already made an impact with her outstanding Halloween costume, homemade guacamole, and her mission to enlist many of the ARC team in walking the Yorkshire three peaks later this year.
