We’re delighted to announce that Max Hambly, in our logistics team, has been named our Employee of the Month for February.
Max has been going above and beyond to train new team members, make new adjustments in the stock area which makes it easy for new people to grasp the tasks and do their job properly. Max is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about training and sharing your knowledge with others.
New team members are enjoying working with Max and learning quickly thanks to his positive attitude towards things. Off his own back, Max has created a new quantity form for the logistics team to work against ensuring what gets booked out is accurate.
This is a really helpful tool, and one you should be commended for.
