“I’ve worked for ARC for over 15 years – since the business was founded. When I joined, we were an extremely small team. There were just two of us in the office. Today, we have over 120 staff – our products and teams are award-winning, and we continue to invest in our future success.
“What makes ARC a great place to work is the people. We’ve worked incredibly hard to make sure our culture is spot on. Today, the atmosphere we create and the diversity of characters we possess make ARC what it is. People enjoy coming to work, and we couldn’t be prouder of that.
“When I look back on my career, it’s been a real journey. I’ve learned a lot and grown massively, both personally and professionally. For that, I have to thank many different people who have supported me along the way. It hasn’t been easy, but I’ve loved every minute.
“Throughout the business, I see people thriving in their roles and challenging themselves to do more. The team has transitioned a lot in the last 12 months, bringing so much energy and expertise to all aspects of what we do. I’m particularly proud of my team. They’ve really got stuck in this year and have done everything we could ask for and more. It’s an exciting time to be here, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.”

Having been involved with ARC since the business was founded in 2008, George has been instrumental in shaping ARC into the business it is today. As Director of Commercial & Technical, George has robust product knowledge and is driven by his passion for driving fire safety standards across the industry.
