“ARC is a unique place to work for so many reasons. When I started, I had just finished college and was still working out my next steps. It’s always daunting joining somewhere new, but from day one, I was made to feel like part of the team. I was encouraged to try new things and step out of my comfort zone, and that got the best out of me. ARC saw potential in me and put me on a Level 2 apprenticeship in customer service.

“Looking back, it was the best thing I could have done. When I completed the course, the whole office congratulated me, and the staff gave me flowers, cards, and gifts. The fact the business joined in celebrating this proud moment tells you all you need to know about working at ARC.

“As a Customer Support Specialist, every day is different. I love what I do. I love solving problems, and that’s exactly what we do. I’ve learned so much in my time here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better environment and team in which to grow my career. From breakfast sandwiches every Friday to celebratory events – it’s the small things that count. Even as we’ve grown and the team gets bigger, this hasn’t changed. We’re still the same friendly, family business at heart. And that, above all else, is what makes us ARC.”
